Art Imitates Life in “Friends with Kids”

If you love a good comedy that looks like it could be both smart and mature but at the same time balancing some silliness and absurdity into the mix all the while maintaining a story that will emotionally connect you to the characters and their struggles? “Friends with Kids”, an independent film from Jennifer Westfeldt & Jon Hamm, looks like it could just be one of those kinds of films. Watch the trailer below:

On top of Westfeldt & Hamm being in it I am very exciting to see how the rest of the cast mixes together, including Kristen Wiig, Adam Scott, Maya Rudolph, Edward Burns & of course the hilarious Chris O’Dowd. Megan Fox is also in it but I can overlook that mistake for now. On top of the great trailer you just watched above I also have a pretty good looking poster for the film below as well.
